Job description : Mission As part of its efforts to develop its business, the Pictet Group is seeking to hire a Private Equity / Debt & Real Estate Depositary Manager.
In this position, you will be the contact person of clients (either AIFMs or their delegated investment managers) for depositary operational matters.
You will be responsible for handling and monitoring all private equity / debt and real estate investment transactions made by Alternative Investment Funds, as well as for ensuring that all depositary duties are carried out and complied with.

Facilitate communication between various PE and RE teams; Perform due diligence on third parties involved in the safekeeping of assets (mainly the AIFM) along with the Depositary Supervision team.
IT skills : Proficient user of the standard MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); eFront and / or Avaloq skills would be considered as an asset.
