As Corporate Officer , you will join a stable team of around 10 collaborators, with whom you will work closely. Furthermore, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities, and a very diverse function as a result.

Your Responsibilities

Corporate Officer / Legal / Corporate

You are in charge of the day-to-day operations for legal and administrative matters, and are a reliable point of contact for your clients.

You draft and review legal documentation.

You prepare board meetings and shareholder meetings.

You are responsible for the liaison with third parties (e.g. notaries, banks), and ensure a good relationship with the aforementioned.

Profile and Career Path

Corporate Officer / Legal / Corporate

Experience : You have demonstrated experience (2 years or more) in a similar role, preferably in a financial service provider, fiduciary, or trust in Luxembourg.

Academic background : You obtained a Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g. Law, Business, ).

Work ethic : You have a professional attitude at all times and are able to work autonomously.

Linguistic skills : You have good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Any other language will be considered an advantage.
