The law firm CMS Luxembourg is currently looking for a :
Receptionist / Administrative assistant m / f
Welcoming all guests;
Answering promptly and politely phone calls, take messages;
Set up the meeting rooms where necessary and organise the scheduling;
Arrange transportation for clients, book taxis etc;
Book flights and provide travel arrangements for associates and Partners;
Drafting, editing and / or finalizing correspondence;
Provide support to the management, including but not limited to preparing presentations and other administrative tasks.
Assist the partners with their requests (management of emails, calendar, arrangements of meetings and other on demand tasks)
Assist departments in their day-to-day activities, which includes, inter alia :
manage the timetable for the hearings,
prepare correspondence to the courts and counterparts,
put into form written submissions and other documents,
prepare the supporting documents and other files to be filed with the court,
communicate with the clerks of the court, bailiff, etc.
You are fluent in spoken and written English and French. German is considered as an asset;
You have 1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar position;
Confident and professional, you enjoy working and interacting within a multi-cultural setting;
You have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, combined with good organizational skills;
You are open to learning and changes in an evolving environment;
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
You have an eye for detail and you are proactive to suggest improvements.
