minded and energetic teams working in a constantly improving business environment. We are currently looking for a Senior Consolidation Expert to support our rapidly growing and evolving businesses in our Luxembourg office located in Kirchberg.

Key Responsibilities : Report to the Group Consolidation Manager as part of the consolidated financial reporting and analysis function : Participation in preparation of complete and accurate quarterly consolidated figures prepared under Lux GAAP and IFRS in accordance with established reporting deadlines Participation for running quarterly consolidation processes : Collecting data within the financial consolidation software Assist with the preparation of journal entries Assist in integrating new subsidiaries into the close process : communication, coordination and mentoring of local teams Participation of the implementation of IFRS standards all over the Group scope (trainings colleagues and preparation of support documentations) Participation of the Group analytical review of consolidated figures and variance analysis on specific accounts Creation and analysis of financial reports derived from the consolidation tool Participating in the preparation of working papers and various reports underlying the consolidation figures for the audit purpose Participation in development of accounting processes and internal controls, documentation of policies, procedures and workflows for assigned areas of responsibility Collaboration with local accounting teams in Hungary, USA, Luxembourg and others Participation in various ad-

hoc projects Interaction with other finance functions (Tax, Legal, Financial operations teams etc.) to ensure accurate recording of financial results Requirements Must have : Consolidation experience is a must Highly analytical, detail oriented and proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-

paced, dynamic, ever-growing environment : effective multi-tasking skills are vital Three to five years of reporting / accounting or finance experience within a multinational company Proven experience in a Big 4 is a real advantage Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal direction Ability to perform a high degree of financial analysis to help interpret financial data Individual should be able to recognize and recommend process and procedure changes -

Advanced experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent technical skills strong Excel skills are strongly desired Experience with Sigma consolidation software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP are a plus Knowledge of financial accounting and IFRS reporting standards Must be able to function as part of a team Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset Flexible and open-
