The successful candidate will be part of Transportation Engineering Services (TES) in the EU. The role is for a Regional Programme Manager who will focus on implementing coordination, tracking and risk management for all projects.
The role is based in Luxembourg (Candidates from UK will also be considered).

Role Responsibilities :
Relationship building with Key Stake Holders.
Co-ordinating project execution plans and formulating Integrated Programme schedules.
Accurate reporting both written and verbal.
Briefing Senior Leadership.
Risk Management for all projects.
Identifying and collating Lessons Learned.
Implementing Lessons Learned into future programmes.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or Construction related field.
Experience in Project / Programme Management.
Experience in Business Administration.
Experience of construction, engineering or similar.
English proficiency to business level.
Master’s degree on Civil engineering, Industrial Engineering or Six Sigma Green / Black belt certification.
Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
Experience with engaging with stakeholders or customers locally and across diverse geographical locations.
Experience of working under pressure whilst adhering to deadlines.
Expertise in continuous improvement initiatives and development of ongoing support pertaining to document control processes, administration and projects
Knowledge of disciplines like construction, engineering, security, health & safety and logistics document management practices and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Wiki
Language proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Italian.
