The Luxembourg office of a leading European Asset Management is actively looking for a new Senior Legal Officer to strengthen its local legal department.

You will be part of the Legal team and work in close collaboration with the other co-workers, especially with the Manager of the department.

Act as a real support for the legal team, supervise and prepare trainings for the junior legal profiles
Make sure that the legal activities of the entities are in line with the local regulations and coordinate the transactions (from a legal perspective)
Collaborate closely with other departments of the company, in Luxembourg but also with the entities abroad
At least 5 years experience in an in-house (in transactions) position in Luxembourg
A perfect fluency in English is mandatory. Any other European language would be considered as a real asset
A Masters' degree in Law is preferable
