Acts as an advisor to business leadership as well as to all employees regarding human resource matters.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and build morale
Offer proactive recruiting assistance
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Fluent in English and German; French is an asset
Strong knowledge of hiring processes
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Familiarity with MS Office suite
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
