By joining our Client Services team, you will be the key point of contact for all client requests. Job Description Assist our co-owners with their questions and requests (information, flight booking, advice or problems) Maintain a high quality service to our customers Communicate in an effective way with all concerned departments Diagnose and find solutions concerning any query Ensure an organized follow-up of incoming emails Profile A first successful experience with relational / commercial responsibilities and exposure to high ranking customers An excellent level of English and French, German or any other European language is considered as an asset Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to details Empathy Team work minded Ability to work under pressure The working schedule is a "morning / day / evening" shift (nights excluded) over all week days (including Sundays and legal holidays).
