We Offer

Our Client Administration and Online Banking team offers a central support to our Relationship Managers located in Luxembourg and our branches in France, Portugal and the Netherlands.

The team ensures that all client data, online banking requests and account conditions are set-up and maintained in the back-end systems ensuring a high quality service to our internal and external clients.

  • You will handle all kind of account management requests (openings, closings and updates), including the maintenance and update of all parameters related to private banking and fund accounts in the back-end systems
  • You will support the front office and collaborate with operational functions to ensure that requests are processed correctly and on time
  • You will directly support the department head on process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects
  • You Offer

  • A university degree or above
  • A minimum of 3-4 years working experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally with exposure to Private Banking in an international environment
  • Experience with the onboarding of Private Banking and Funds clients as well as in-depth know-how regarding the account management lifecycle, related formalities and financial documents
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a high velocity environment
  • You are solution oriented, pro-active, enthusiastic and able to prioritize effectively
  • Flexibility, dedication and a strong sense of ownership describe your work ethics
  • Service and customer orientation paired with a high degree of reliability
  • You present excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS office tools (Outlook, Excel etc.)
  • Proficiency, both written and spoken in English; French and / or German would be a considerable asset
