This is a position where you will be working with experienced HR professionals that will coach you, guide you and help you grow every day.
This means that you will develop a thorough understanding of our reward processes and policies. In this role you act also as contact for our employees around reward topics.
Responsibilities Being an active member of our HR team, you will :
Participate to the accuracy and operational delivery of the end-to-end payroll processes in close collaboration with our payroll provider.
Contribute to the regular review and implementation of the benefits program (car leasing, insurance, pension plans, etc.)
Prepare monthly and yearly reports related to compensation and benefits matters
Ensure compliance with social security and local laws and regulations.
Manage the processes in the relevant HR systems
Be a contact point for payroll and benefits related questions
Liaising, interacting, and maintaining relationships with external providers
Closely collaborate with other HR teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Be part of the onboarding program : Train new joiners about administrative, compensation and benefits matters
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives

You hold a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role
Knowledge of payroll is considered as an asset
Good management of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ideally first experience in working with an HRIS such as SAP-SuccessFactors, Peoplesoft or Workday
High attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
Ability to develop partnerships with colleagues across the HR department and the firm
Strong client focus orientation
You are particularly motivated to bring the best experience to our EY employees
In terms of languages, you must be fluent in English and French. An additional language will be an asset.
