As Operation Enginee, your role is to lead, motivate and support the team in an international context within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.

You will maintain cohesion with other teams within Core Operation Services department and you will build a strong networking with a wide range of stakeholders of any IT professions.

You will ensure operational excellence of IT services promoted in production.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

Manage human resources and all inherent tasks, develop people empowerment.

Challenge continuously the monitoring strategy for the whole company

Optimize and industrialize the way customers consume our services with a budget oriented mindset

Develop, implement, and maintain quality insurance protocols

Ensure integration of new services or new WL companies into our standards

Ensure the correct escalation to upper management and follow-up on Operational risk

Follow and report progress with key metrics on international projects related to the core services we deliver

Skills we can't do without :

University degree in Computer Sciences / Computer Engineeging or equivalent,

3 years experience in operations management

Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with

managing a team in an international context

critical IT production environment

Good and effective communication and leadership skills

Decision-making and stress tolerance

Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Adaptablity and flexibility

Fluent in English
