This newly created role will allow you to set up the whole CSR policy and to manage it at the long term.

You will be supported by a dynamic and growing international team based in the Center of Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement a policy for Environmental Social and Governance (ESG)

Act as a thought leader in ESG, particularly on environmental topics, understanding current and future challenges within the industry and educating and prioritizing these issues with internal teams and external stakeholders

Establish objectives and milestones to achieve short and long-term goals, liaising with the asset management team to implement ESG criteria in the investment and asset management policy

Lead projects with the asset management department in order to be granted green labels (such as Luxflag, SRI )

Develop internal and external ESG reporting

Create dashboards and reporting to track performance with KPI adapted to shareholder's request

Work cross-functionally to develop and implement successful marketing and corporate communication.

Your Profile

Master's Degree with expertise in ESG and a first successful experience

Experience in the real estate industry

Practical and innovative leader able to translate strategic thinking into action plans and results.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in English, the knowledge of French would be a strong asset
