Fund-X S.A. is a Luxembourg-based company created in 2005 which is providing consulting, monitoring and other outsourcing services to Fund Promoters domiciled throughout Europe and Asia.

We specialize in analytical accounting for investment vehicles mainly under Fixed TER expense scheme. Data management being at the core of our company’s operational model, we wish to reinforce our team with an experienced colleague within this domain for a full-time permanent position as Fund Expenses Data Input & Control Senior Associate .

Your responsibilities : Analyze, input and follow up on data and documentation received from our clients by respecting existing processes and procedures.

Perform qualitative and quantitative verifications of data in production and reporting phases. Analyze and verify our end products (final reports) delivered to our clients.

Resolve any anomaly (e.g. delays, errors) by determining the root cause and identifying the most appropriate response (collaborate with others to find solutions as needed).

Include components of the end products in fund presentations and, from time to time, present them to our clients. Maintain analysis of KPIs and workflow to ensure correct processing of data and delivery.

Create positive interactions with clients. Handle queries and complaints from clients in a professional manner and be able to adapt to different types of situations and characters.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve different requests and to ensure client satisfaction. Challenge and enhance existing internal procedures / methodologies.

Assist and support with other ad hoc assignments and ongoing as well as future projects. Your profile : Bachelor’s degree with an economics, mathematics or finance orientation.

At least 2-3 years of experience in the industry of investment funds and / or finance in Luxembourg. Proficient in English.

Any other language would be considered an asset. Very good knowledge and application of MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.

Proactive team player with ability to work also independently. Great attention to details with constant focus on overall quality and client service.
