Responsibilities :
Recruitment
Recruitment
HR administration
Managing the entire employee life cycle
Acting as main point of contact for all HR-related queries
Drafting and revising policies, procedures, and regulations
Dealing with the Staff Delegation
Liaising with payroll service provider and sending them all necessary documents and information to prepare monthly payroll
Checking payslips and exit documents
Working closely with Financial Department to prepare the salary reconciliation and draft monthly reports (budget file, holidays accrual, private insurance accrual, headcount, attrition rate)
Organizing year-end meetings
Liaising with HQ in London to implement new policies and procedures in the Luxembourg office (GDPR, travel policy, appraisal system, learning programs, etc.)
Requirements
University / college degree (preferably in HR, Finance or Business Administration)
Previous work experience in the HR field
Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian, German, French, and / or Spanish is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good stress management
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, accurate and detail-oriented
EU work permit
