HR Officer (F / M)

Wunderman Thompson SA is an international e-commerce consulting company focused on marketing a diverse range of products in various sectors on Amazon.

The company is part of WPP's wholly-owned global digital agency, Wunderman Thompson Commerce.

Responsibilities :
  • Recruitment
  • Recruitment
  • HR administration
  • Managing the entire employee life cycle
  • Acting as main point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Drafting and revising policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Dealing with the Staff Delegation
  • Liaising with payroll service provider and sending them all necessary documents and information to prepare monthly payroll
  • Checking payslips and exit documents
  • Working closely with Financial Department to prepare the salary reconciliation and draft monthly reports (budget file, holidays accrual, private insurance accrual, headcount, attrition rate)
  • Organizing year-end meetings
  • Liaising with HQ in London to implement new policies and procedures in the Luxembourg office (GDPR, travel policy, appraisal system, learning programs, etc.)
  • Requirements

  • University / college degree (preferably in HR, Finance or Business Administration)
  • Previous work experience in the HR field
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian, German, French, and / or Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good stress management
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, accurate and detail-oriented
  • EU work permit
