Most of BIL's 2000 employees work at the headquarters in Luxembourg city : the centralized setup promotes swift , agile decision-making and enabling BIL to offer clients innovative solutions for their changing needs Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing the Northern Europe Team which is part of the European Business Owners & Family Offices business line.

The markets that are covered by the Northern Europe Team are Denmark, Sweden, The Netherlands, Belgium (Dutch-speaking) and Germany.

The position is based in Luxembourg and you will report to the Head of European Business Owners & Family Offices. What will you do ?

Collaborate with your peers to define the global strategy of the European Business Owners & Family Offices Team by, among others, developing a value proposition for the clients and a go-to-market strategy Head regular meetings with your team members where you will give feedback about past performances, share ideas and give clear guidelines Be able to motivate your commercial team and build trustworthy relationships with them Ensure that the global strategy of the bank is implemented Actively participate to meetings with your peers and your Management Be responsible for the draft of the commercial dashboards and of the monthly review of the performance of your team Work in close collaboration with internal support teams to ensure a good cooperation between business lines Ensure the retention and the development of the portfolio of the clients of the Relationship Managers by, among others, taking part to client events Must Have Requirements What we need ?

You have : A successful Management experience of at least 5 to 10 years A good University background A proven track record as a Salesperson and an excellent knowledge of Private Banking as a whole A global good knowledge of the products and services that European Business Owners and Family Offices may typically require and also of risk management and regulations A high level of integrity and ethics Excellent oral, listening and interpersonal skills An entrepreneurial spirit You are : Fluent in English, any other language is seen as an advantage Strongly team-, client-, results- and team-oriented Well organized and able to work on several topics simultaneously Education level : Bachelor's Degree Work experience : 7-10 years Start contract date : 20-04-20
