We are looking for a Helpdesk L1 - L2 to reinforce the team of one of our clients.

  • Your Main Responsibilities : Level 1 and / or 2 support; Document the incidents; Escalation procedure; Interacting with customers by email to provide information in response to their requests;
  • Undertake customer complaint’s handling and administration; Ensure that quality service is delivered; Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers;
  • Work on customer satisfaction.

    Your Profile : You have 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

    Fluent in English.

    Any additional language is considered as an advantage (English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German..).

    Used to work with Microsoft Office Pack.

    Highly problem-solving mind and analytical spirit.

    Excellent communication skills and customer’s satisfaction oriented.
