What is Amazon Launchpad?

Amazon Launchpad is a unique programme showcasing cutting-edge products from startups and entrepreneurs from around the world, making it easy for them to onboard, market, and launch new products to millions of our customers.

As Brand Manager, you will work within one of the fastest growing areas of Amazon, responsible for the growth and performance of startups selling through Amazon Launchpad in Europe.

You will build on the promise and success of these startups design best practices at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work with the startups, creating scalable strategies to help them grow their businesses within the Amazon Launchpad programme
  • Drive marketing initiatives with startups, identify up & coming trends, and create brand marketing plans to help customers discover new brands.
  • Create and experiment startup education plan, collaborating with cross-regional and cross-functional teams within Amazon.
  • Collaborate with category teams to design seasonal and annual merchandising strategies.
  • Build financial plans in accordance with merchandise strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Manage reporting to senior leadership, driving a high standard for analytical excellence.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • The ability to learn our in-house analysis tools quickly.
  • Prior experience in marketing, merchandising or account management.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across category or other departments.
  • Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Understanding and use of web metrics to measure performance.
