We are looking for an Administrator / Company Secretarial for our office in the centre of Luxembourg-Ville. She / he will be responsible for company secretarial and administrative tasks for clients in our portfolio.
Communicating and liaising with colleagues such accounting and compliance teams on a regular basis to ensure that client transactions are executed efficiently and well-
documented; Communicating, maintaining relationships with and meeting the expectations of clients, investment managers, notaries, lawyers, property managers, banks, auditors, tax administrations etc.
and company resolutions; Undertake routine office and clerical tasks; whilst respecting the statutory and regulatory environment our company and our clients operate in.
