Senior Benefits & Compensation Officer (m / f) Location : Asselscheuer Other locations : Primary Location Only Salary : Competitive Date : 28-Sep-2021 Job description Requisition ID : 204882 The opportunity : your next adventure awaits The Senior Benefits & Compensation officer will be part of the HR Reward team which handles all compensation and benefits matters for the company.
Responsibilities Being an active member of our HR team you will :
Be responsible and accountable for the timelines, accuracy and operational delivery of the end to end payroll processes in close collaboration with our payroll provider.
This includes employee deductions, insurances / taxes, withholding and remittance to appropriate agencies and authorities
Contribute to the regular review and implementation of the benefits program (car leasing, insurance, pension plans, )
Prepare monthly and yearly reports related to compensation and benefits matters
Be responsible for ensuring compliance with social security and local law and regulations.
Be responsible for internal policies and processes
Manage the relevant HR systems ( : participating in set up of new systems & processes, testing and implementation phases )
Act as an escalation point for payroll and benefits related questions and provide internal trainings on the topics to employee
Liaising, interacting and maintaining relationships with external providers
Close collaboration with other HR teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Be part of the onboarding program : Train new joiners about administrative, compensation and benefits matters
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications :
You hold a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You are particularly motivated to bring the best experience to our EY employees
Strong client focus orientation
Knowledge of an HR management platform such as Successfactors, Peoplesoft or Workday is a strong asset
Up to date knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits processes and procedures
Knowledge of HR digitalization and process improvement practices
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure within tight details
You are familiar with HR and digital workflow systems
Ability to develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the HR department and the firm
Good management of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
In terms of languages, you must be fluent in English and French. An additional language will be an asset.
