    Business Professionals are integral to the running of the firm and are critical to its success. Role This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Human Resources department of our firm in Luxembourg.

    The purpose of this role is to support and implement daily HR activities in the areas of HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and induction, learning & development, in addition to compensation & benefits.

    The successful candidate will report to the Head of Human Resources and will work closely with the local and global human resources teams, lawyers and other stakeholders.

    Contract : 4 to 6 months internship or up to 12 months for students doing gap years Hours : 40H per week Key responsibilities Be responsible for the full hiring & induction process Assist in daily activities of the HR department (absence management, update of HR systems, answer to staff daily queries, various process coordination, reports, etc.

    Support the organization of recruitment events (job fairs, presentations, student dinners, ) and perform a first level of screening of incoming applications, participate to phone interviews, organize face-to-face interviews and ensure candidate follow-up Coordinate language courses organization Education and Experience Student or Graduate (Bachelor / Master) in Business Administration or Human Resources Interpersonal skills Strong presentation and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines High level of accuracy and attention to detail and meticulous follow-through Practical, proactive and service driven with a "can do" and positive attitude Confidentiality and discretion are key for this role.

    Language and IT skills Fluency in French and English. Good computer skills with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel Interested?
