Data analyze and reports
Installation and repairing of audiovisual equipment
Support for external firms
Reception of visitors and parcels
Implementation of drinks services for meetings and conferences
Coordination, installation and furniture moving
Monitoring of logistics requests (tickets system)
Logistics and technical requirements for buildings (intervention and doubt removal)
Access system’s programme
Request offers from suppliers, analyze and follow up on orders
Participate in the evacuation of the building in an emergency case
Administrative tasks (email, filing, scanning)
Assist and replace the Manager in his daily tasks during his absence
Good oral and written expression of French and English, knowledge of German and Luxembourgish are an advantage
Knowledge of audiovisual material, security and technical infrastructure are an advantage
Good command of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work proactively, independently and discreetly
Team spirit, dynamism and sense of initiative
First aid training and fire extinguisher handling are an advantage
