The Amazon Transportation team is looking for a driven and analytical Program Manager to own and manage relationships with its airline partners.
This role will be responsible for day-to-day compliance and strategic relationship with airline carriers. This individual will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance along with measuring and enhancing air carrier performance throughout the EU AIR network to ensure Amazon can continue to delight its customers.
Owning contract execution and compliance
Developing performance metrics and working with the air carriers to continuously improve operational results
Leading business reviews with senior-level internal and external stakeholders
Partnering with AIR Finance and other ATS partners
Participating in projects that affect operations of Amazon AIR network.

Basic qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance or relevant field
Two plus years of experience working with transportation carriers or in the airline industry
Strong analytical skills and track record of process design / improvements
Excellent English written and oral communication skills with an ability to analyze and concisely summarize relevant data and to convey results, effectively articulating complex messages.
Strong team player, who can operate globally, cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization
Role requires some travel
MBA or graduate degree focusing on Supply Chain, Transportation, or Aviation or relevant experience
Knowledge of commercial aviation industry regulations, standards, and guidelines
Advance Excel knowledge
