We are currently looking for a Payroll Consultant dedicated to ADP -Celergo and Streamline- clients.
Your mission
As Payroll Consultant you will assist the team by managing the global payroll process of a diversified international portfolio and more specifically you will :
Ensure the accuracy of the calculated salaries
Ensure data integrity
Ensure an efficient communication with clients, their potential HR of Finance Department, third parties (Administrations des Contributions, CCSS, banks etc.)
Respect the prevailing regulations and legislation
Respond to clients and Client Account Managers requests and queries while ensuring global work processes are strictly followed
Support ongoing ADP Celergo Streamline implementations
Your profil
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg
Bachelor degree in human resources, accounting, business management or finance or similar experience
Good knowledge of Luxembourg tax and social legislation
Good communication abilities (oral and written) in French and English
Strong computer skills
Rigorous
