    The Job

  • Civil litigation (execution of contracts, contractual and tort liability, debt collection, etc.);
  • Real estate litigation (in terms of rental, construction, use of guarantees for defects, defects, non-conformity, etc.);
  • Business and commercial litigation (conflicts between partners, investors, liability guarantees, takeover and restructuring of companies in difficulty).
  • The Profile

  • You benefit from at least 3 years of experience as a lawyer in the litigation department of a Luxembourg law firm.
  • List 1 registered
  • Pragmatic and highly professional, you know how to prioritize your priorities and support your customers in their decision-making.
  • Your dynamism, your team spirit and your autonomy will be ;
  • A bilingual level of French and English and / or German is required for this position given the Luxembourgish is an advantage
