Be responsible for the leadership, direction and oversight of a fund accounting team

Conduct performance reviews and enhance productivity and efficiency in the team

Validation of NAV calculation

Promote a cohesive team along with Senior Fund Accountants

Review and manage team workload, allocation, resources

Be responsible for all operational aspects of the teams accounts production

Ensure that the client requirements are met consistently and profitably

Manage Fund Events

What we value

University degree in accounting, finance or economics

You have a relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position

Strong experience of working at an operational management level in a fund administration environment

Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills

Ability to take initiatives and make decisions

Excellent communication skills to keep all actors informed and staff motivated

Good problem-solving skills

Ability to work quickly and accurately under high pressure

Fluency in French and / or English. A good working knowledge of English is required
