Your field of responsibility
As Deputy MLRO, you will take on a challenging role assisting the MLRO in ensuring that the Bank’s activities are compliant with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal regulations requirements by identifying, evaluating and managing the Money Laundering / Terrorism Financing (ML / TF) risks within the Bank.
Together with the MLRO, you will ensure that controls are in place to prevent the use of the Bank and the financial sector by third parties to circumvent their regulatory obligations by monitoring all measures designed and launched to mitigate ML / TF risks.
You will maintaining a due cooperation with the Authorities on Financial Crime Compliance matters.
In collaboration with the MLRO, you will advise on the Bank’s AML / CTF measures, sanctions and other Financial Crime Compliance related matters, which may influence risk areas to employees, Authorized Management and Board of Directors.
