The Opportunity We are currently looking for an intern to work within our HR department in our Innovation Center on the following tasks : Learning & Development :
Prepare and complete the INFPC report (Institut National pour le développement de la formation professionnelle continue)
Coordinate L&D activities for the onboarding of our newcomers & support to translate onboarding material for hourly associates to German and French
Support the trainings : logistics & material preparation, collecting feedback from participants, recording attendance.
Update our L&D dashboard Recruitment :
Scheduling calls and interviews with candidates
Managing the reimbursement of the travels
Managing the feedback to candidates after job fairs and big events
Managing the recruitment of Summer Students from A to Z (CV screening, preparation of the ) Support the other functions in Human Resources on projects and administrative tasks.
To join our team you will need : Education : You must be currently following a Bachelor or Master degree in HR or Business Administration.
Languages : You must have a very good level (writing and speaking) of English. Knowledge of French and / or German will be considered as an asset. IT, Soft Skills & others :
Good Knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
Good communication skills
Proactive and willing to learn
