We're looking for an outstanding Engineering Program Manager III, someone who innovates, loves solving hard problems, and never takes no for an answer.

The primary role of the WW Innovation and Design Engineering PM team is to drive new and next generation retail supply chain development projects from the early investigative / inception phases through the architectural design phase, then hand those projects off to the Operations Engineering team for implementation, and finally to monitor the progress made by down-stream integration teams.
A successful candidate will have broad experience and deep skills program managing complex, never-been-done-before projects which include a high degree of ambiguity.
He / she will have demonstrated the ability to work successfully across multiple large engineering and operations teams at a strategic level and at an operations integration level.
Responsibilities include :
1. Identify, promote and lead efforts to obtain approval for new, strategic initiatives and programs.
2. Lead next generation supply chain projects chartered to exploit findings obtained from strategic initiatives.
3. Cross-pollinate best practices between engineering and operations teams.Your Profile# Bachelors degree in Engineering (prefer BSME, BSEE or BSIE with a controls, software development and / or Reliability Engineering emphasis) or equivalent.
Experience managing large cross-functional teams developing and manufacturing high complexity hardware products or solutions.
Proficiency using business / technical software applications such as MS Excel, MS Project, Tableau, and CAD software.PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR IN ENGLISHPreferred Qualifications# Masters degree in Business, Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Experience in managing fulfillment system designs with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation, and related automation equipment.
Retail supply chain operations management experience
Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing.
Experience with process design based on Lean Principles.
Capital project management skills.
Proficiency with system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making.
