Sounds good? Then you might be glad to know that we are looking for an passionate Technical Pre-Sales Engineer for Luxemburg Your challenge : You lead the technical teams and potential partners for the design, build and delivery phases of the identified products in an end-to-end approach.
You provide the high qualitative technical commercial part of a proposal linked to new B2B products in collaboration with the technical teams Being an engineer, you play a significant role in the identification and definition of new non-
standard (Mobile Voice / data) B2B Telco products (IoT / FiXed / High speed Internet services / Inter-Connections / indoor coverage solutions ..
You Identify potential clients, propose identified products and follow the implementation from an end-2-end view, being the quality gatekeeper for the customers experience during and after delivery.
Based on deliveries maturity and positive Customers Experience, you manage the transfer of identified product to Sales department as new product in the existing B2B products catalog and support the Sales account on this product.
You play a proactive and a consultative role on request, towards Sales department in the definition and elaboration of the customers / prospects telecom solution and on request contribute with technical-
commercial input to the answer on RFPs.
And last but not least, you report customer feedback on services as well as customer needs and market evolution towards the ITNO department.
Contribute as a pre-sales point of contact to product and service developments lead by ITNO.
Your profile : You have a Bachelor or University Degree in Telco engineering or ICT You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar function As having experience in leading projects in the B2B Telecom and ICT industry, you know very well the Mobile (GSM-
2G, UMTS-3G, LTE-4G, ...), Fix voice (ISDN, VoIP,SIP,SS7,SIP trunking..), Fix Data (TCPIP, MPLS, Ethernet, IP routing protocol basics, ) and IoT technologies, Security An asset is commercial experience in order to qualify, present and support the sales forces during the complete sales cycle of a project.
