Job summary

As a Junior Legal Counsel, your main mission is to assist your colleagues with the Global Legal Department in drafting and negotiating all kinds of general commercial contracts and support the Majorel Company Secretary in managing certain Corporate Housekeeping Matters typical for a listed company.

Main responsibilities

Assisting in drafting and negotiating of a wide variety of commercial contracts, including international customer contracts, global sourcing agreements and consultancy agreement;

Assisting in drafting and negotiating of financial contracts;

Drafting and negotiating of data privacy contracts;

Drafting of Intergroup Agreements;

Drafting of corporate memos;

Drafting of Intergroup Agreements;

Coordination with external trademark agencies in respect to drafting, filing and prosecution of trademark applications at national and international level ( appr.

50 trademarks worldwide)

Assisting the Company Secretary in liasing with notaries, advisors and administration and assist in preparing all kind of Notifications under MAR Regulation

Additional task can be assigned at any time, based on the growing business requirements

Competencies and professional background

Educational Background :

Fully qualified attorney within Luxembourg / France / Germany or similar foreign qualification.

Personal / Technical Skills : (knowledge, experiences, IT tools / software, languages)

High English level; any other language is a positive asset (French, German)

1+ year of Experience as inhouse legal counsel or external lawyer ,

Experience in common Software Tools, including Video Conference Tools.

Self-motivated and result driven with a proven ability to work independently

Good analytical skills, process understanding

Willingness to understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends

Strong verbal and written communication skills and very good interpersonal skills

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
