Our client, leader in telecommunication industry, islooking for a Senior Manager FP&A for a temporary contract (3months extendable).

This position is essential and constitutes amajor element of the financial planning and analysis function. Thisposition serves as the main financial asset for the business unit.

Responsibilities include : managing multiple processes throughdetailed planning and organization to achieve goals / objectiveswithin agreed timeframes for an industry, overseeing businesscases, margin statements, opex, capital, providing support forspecial projects and ensuring compliance with corporate financialpolicies and procedures.

Be a valued business partner of themanagement of the sales organization. Provide financial support tothe business unit, through accurate and timely financialinformation and communication.

Drive analysis and responsibilityfor industry financial statements down to product level through theuse of business cases, financial statements and margin statements.

Collaborate closely with sales, products, customer support andbusiness unit development to achieve the business unit's goals.

Develop comprehensive financial dashboards for use by finance andsenior management teams. In collaboration with Corporate FP&A,lead the Target, Outlook and Strategic Plan process.

Establish andfoster an environment that encourages creative problem solving,analyzing the impact of problems on other groups or problems tocreate an optimal solution, and involving the right people to solvethe problems.

Communicate effectively with senior management on aregular basis This position requires strong leadership skills witha willingness to lead, create new ideas, provide solutions andasserts itself.

This position requires the followingcharacteristics : - Have a knowledge of the general objectives ofthe company and the specific objectives of the department.

  • ApplyIT tools and financial systems to improve productivity and providefast and accurate information information - Analyze financial data,draw appropriate conclusions from financial documents and applyfinancial principles to business decisions.
  • Develop models,including a sensitivity analysis, to assess performance risk.Ability to identify areas of risk / concern in the area of responsibility - Interpret customer needs by establishingspecific key indicators appropriate to the respective companies anddefine performance standards - Advise and direct the acquisition oftools and software related to the support of financial operations.
  • Transform organizational objectives into financial plans andstrategies. - Manage the planning process to ensure that the planwill meet business objectives.
  • Review, make recommendations andtake appropriate action based on financial and other informationrelevant business indicators to meet customer needs.
  • Examine thefinancial results for consistency, reasonableness and theapplication of adequate controls. - Determine essential priorityelements and ensure that appropriate resources are allocated in acoherent manner towards these priorities.
  • Ability to easily adaptto change and adapt as needed - Ability to establish strong andeffective working relationships with others - Ability to design anddevelop sophisticated models for related areas of responsibility -Ability to create and conduct formal presentations - Ability tofacilitate group interactions - Ability to work independently withminimal supervision - Ability to interact effectively with alllevels of management - Possess strong organizational and timemanagement skills, complete tasks - Ability to analyze and solvecomplex problems and problems in a healthy and timely manner -Maintain quality standards despite schedule constraints -Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Must have 5+ years ofmanagerial experience - Working Knowledge of telecommunicationsindustry is ideal - Strong leadership and organizational abilities- Experience with ERP / accounting systems software.
  • Experience withSAP a plus - Strong oral, written and analytical skills - Advancedcomputer skills including experience with MS Excel and MicrosoftOffice products
