Ensure the preparation of content for RTL Group Corporate Communications & Marketing.
Provide support for the team and participate in Corporate Communications & Marketing activities.
Contribute to the on-going development and enhancement of RTL Group’s communications instruments.
Update and upload content on the Group’s intranet, Backstage, and website, RTLGroup.com;
Keep Group’s online platforms up-to-date;
Publish the Group’s newsletters;
Work with Photoshop and other software to produce creative material for online publications;
Support the Group’s social media presence;
Research, write and edit news articles for internal communications;
Participate in the creation and preparation of briefing papers, talking points / speeches, background documents, presentations;
Support communications and marketing campaigns;
Support media productions such as videos, online media, newsletters, brochures and trailers;
Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of RTL Group’s communications tools and platforms (internal and external, online and offline);
Ensure the online statistics analytics;
Support office management activities (including organisation of meetings, business travel, administrative work).
Ihr Profil :
You have a university degree in Journalism, Communications, PR, Marketing, Media, Languages or Business;
You have initial professional work / internship experience in a similar position;
You are at ease working with technology and are eager to learn more;
You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage;
You are creative, enthusiastic, flexible and have outstanding interpersonal skills;
You are willing to tackle a variety of projects, and are able to prioritise and manage them to meet deadlines;
You pay attention to detail, are motivated and an excellent team player;
You have strong communications skills, especially written.
