For one of our clients we are currently recruiting a

Test Manager / Customer Testing Support

Experienced Test Manager / Support to cover core product deliverables as part of a key client transition / product & service.

Providing testing offering to customers in the context of our investor-CSD product rollout offering

Key Duties

  • Review and update customer testing guide for each market specifics’ rollout
  • Test data preparation organisation
  • Set-up testing window calendar. Identify internal and external dependencies to build the plan
  • Coordinate internally the test execution. Follow testing play-books
  • Ensure proper customer communication workflow is followed
  • Collecting detailed customer validation feedback
  • Evaluation reporting of testing results
  • Manage defects. Prioritisation organisation of defects fixing
  • Write consolidated testing status reporting and required escalation
  • Evaluation reporting of testing results
  • Mediate between business and IT area
  • Key Skills

  • Prior test management experience
  • Business knowledge in CSD-settlement and T2S would be a strong advantage
  • Business knowledge in asset servicing events
  • IT literate and quick learner of new systems / applications
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks and adapt well to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Precise attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to be proactive, challenge data and offer a solution-oriented approach
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
