As a Senior Regulatory Reporting Representative, you will serve as a primary contact for internal operational teams for any regulatory reporting matter.

You will provide timely and accurate resolution of internal inquiries to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports.

In addition, you will take part in the automation process and oversight of the outsourcing provider.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Client Service

1. Client Service

  • Ensuring 100% timely and accurate delivery of all regulatory reports, across all clients and legal entity reports;
  • Liaising with production teams on all aspects of client reporting
  • Being the central point of contact across Fund Admin in relation to regulatory reporting
  • Liaising with key internal stake-holders, on legal entity reports, including Compliance, Controllers, HR, Risk;
  • Understanding new regulatory reporting requirements, their practical implications, and BBH’s ability to support
  • Solutioning for new regulatory reporting requirements, in close collaboration with ISGRIG, Product Executives, Compliance and Production teams;
  • Act as a resource to support design and research on new regulatory reporting requirements;
  • Ensuring consistency of data use and interpretation across the different reports;
  • Improving efficiencies of the oversight & control function;
  • Ongoing insight sharing with Client Service Group, Relationship Management, and the broader management team
  • 2. Technology Management

  • Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries
  • Participate to automated solution set up
  • 3. Risk and Control

  • Monitor proper filing of regulatory reports
  • Qualifications :

    1. Education level and / or experience

  • BS / BA degree preferably in a business, finance, or accounting related concentration and / or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of Industry experience
  • 2. Knowledge and skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs
  • Ability to learn and utilize new software
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline oriented environment
  • Ability to build and maintain internal relationships
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of various securities options, accounting standards and ongoing regulatory changes required
  • Strong ability to apply analytical skills to data, work flows, numeric information and problem solving
  • 3. Other

  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
