To support our Finance department,we are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor (m / f).

We are seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to bethe market leader by size and reputation.

As Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will :

  • Support, monitor andsupervise the daily activities of the Accounts Payable specialist team,
  • Ensure that allinvoices are paid according to contractual terms,
  • Responsible for theprompt and professional resolution of escalated vendor concerns related to paymentdisbursement,
  • Analyze and review A / Pentries for coding and accuracy. Ensures that all invoices have been approvedaccording to company policy and that all required documentation is in order,
  • Verify and reconcilevendor accounts,
  • Assists with developingmore efficient and effective systems for processing invoices and distributingpayments,
  • Prepares weekly cashforecasts and other Accounts Payable reports in a timely manner,
  • Assists with month andyear-end tasks including the preparation of Accounts Payable accruals andreconciliations,
  • Periodically reviewsand maintains Open Purchase Orders and accrued receipts.
  • The perfect candidate

  • A Bachelor or Master’sdegree in accounting, finance or another relevant field,
  • At least 3 years ofexperience in a similar position, with mandatory experience in management
  • Fluent in English andFrench.
  • Familiar with accountsprocedures, suppliers’ ledgers, disbursements,
  • Excellent knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Systems especially MS Excel,
  • ERP system experienceis a plus,
  • Strong oral andwritten communication skills,
  • Detail-oriented,organized, self-starter and have a strong ability to prioritize workload in a fast-pacedenvironment,
