James Woodman is currently looking for a Senior Manager in Legal and Onboarding to be welcomed within an international and growing financial services provider in Luxembourg.
Founded 15 years ago, this group provides administration and AIFMD services to Private Equity, Debt, Infrastructure and Real Estate clients .
This group has offices across 3 continents and you will integrate the Luxembourg office which is perfectly located in the city center.

Leading the whole client onboarding process and liaise with the external parties invovled
Insuring that the internal AML / KYC processes are up-to-date and adapting the documentation if needed
Maintening a qualitative and strong relationship and approach to the clients
You hold at least 5 years of relevant experience in a Legal position in the fund industry
You speak perfecty English and French . Any other language will be considered as a real asset
You have strong knowledge of the applicable Compliance regulations in Luxembourg
