You will mainly cope with business continuity / crisis management and security activities related to the private banking and investment funds business.
You will work closely together with colleagues from Head Office and other Credit Suisse offices both, in Luxembourg and abroad.
You will directly report to the Head Risk Control.
Anticipation, identification, measurement, management and reporting on Business Continuity, Security as well as Health & Safety (H&S) related risks
Definition of Business Continuity Management (BCM) measures and monitor the implementation by the Business
Ensure compliance of the business recovery strategy with the business strategy
Acting as Office Crisis Manager (OCM) and lead the Crisis Management Team (CMT)
Preparation and coordination of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tests
Reporting of significant risk exposures to key governance committees
Identification of potential risks in processes and performance of risk assessments
Provide BCM / SO / H&S subject matter risk advise to strategic / regulatory projects
On-going reviews / monitoring of BCM documentation for all legal entities of Credit Suisse in Luxembourg and related branches, in close collaboration with BCM Zürich
Providing of regular BCM / Security Office (SO) / H&S training to staff
Management of the bank’s insurance policy portfolio

We would be happy if you have strong technical skills and several years of experience in BCM, risk management / control functions in private banking or funds business
Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to communicate complex issues to the target audience
Fluency in English (verbal and in written), advanced knowledge in German and / or French would be considered an advantage
