In this Law Firm located in the heart of Luxembourg, you will be involve in an innovative and growing environment with the opportunity to be or grow fast to Senior Associate.

As their new Investment Funds Lawyer (Senior or Junior), you will join a team of 5 people in the Investment Funds Department.
In position, you will assist and advise clients on investment fund related matters (such as e.g. the setting-up of investment funds, day-to-day questions, amendments to fund documentation and agreements, etc.
Liaise with the CSSF; Be part of a team and work in close cooperation with the other team members; Manage projects and supervise and train junior lawyers on the team.
Profil recherché
You have a strict minimum of 3 years' experience in a Law Firm with a focus on funds. You need to be registered at the Bar (list II or IV), you are also able to work both in English & French.
Hard-worker and resilient, you dispose of strong interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset.
