Application support analyst / Ingénieur Support Applicatif
We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst for the trading room of one of our client.
Main Responsibilities :
Level-2 support : detailed diagnostic of the incidents and troubleshooting
Logs analysis and monitoring
Users’ requests fulfilment
Coordination with internal and external teams (developers, release managers, etc.)
Testing new application releases
Automation of recurrent tasks
Required profile :
Previous experience in a similar position
Familiar with banking products & banking applications
Experience with Kondor+ or Calypso applications is a plus
SQL & Linux skills are considered as an asset
A previous practice of the ITIL methodology is a plus.
Fluency in French with a good command of English
