Given the ongoing development of our firm, we arecurrently recruiting a dedicated : Bilingual Personal Assistant (m / f) Your role : Workclosely together with the Partner in charge to provideadministrative support on a one-to-one basis.

Understand theorganisation’s aims and objectives and have an extensive knowledgeof the Partner’s role, both on internal and externalcommittees.

  • You will be responsible for Coordinating hisagenda to make the best use of his time. Coordinating specificprojects under the Partner’s responsibility;
  • Screening phonecalls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate;Keeping the Partner’s agenda (work schedule) up-to-date;
  • Liaisewith clients, internal and external contact persons and serviceproviders; Organising various meetings, ensuring that venues arebooked and that files for distribution are prepared in time, ifnecessary;
  • Preparing presentations for conferences, trainingsessions and seminars; Drafting letters, reports and modifyingdocuments;
  • Preparation of invoices, follow-up with clients,internal and external contact persons; Perform various secretarialtasks (arranging files, mail, emails, faxes, DHL, printing, etc.

  • Your profile : You have ideally at least 2 years of provenprofessional experience as an administrative or personal assistantin an international and multilingual environment;
  • You have aperfect command of English (both spoken and written) and a verygood level in French. German would be considered an asset;
  • You havea service-oriented mindset; You are highly organised, have activelistening skills and are able to handle confidential informationwith discretion;
  • You are able to work autonomously whilemaintaining a strong professional relationship with the team youwill be part of; You have excellent social and communication skillsand consider yourself as a team player.
