We are currently seeking Leaders for our Talent Acquisition organization, one role in Luxembourg and the other in Germany to grow our innovative recruitment function in a fast paced, customer obsessed and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop the Amazon employment brand internally and externally
Ensure that Amazon’s mission to be the world’s most customer centric company’ is extended to all candidates
Provide strong leadership and career development to the respective country Talent Acquisition teams with managers and employees in more than one location
Review existing processes, identify and implement best practices across multiple teams
Drive new strategies for attracting top talent and ensuring the employee base reflects Amazon’s diverse customer base
Expand in-house sourcing capabilities and passive candidate generation.
Partner with the business and HR regarding talent assessment, development and succession planning
Act as a key stakeholder and thought leader within overall business and European HR teams
Identify, establish and drive consistent review of relevant recruiting metrics and enable the team to make data driven decisions
Work with Finance to manage headcount and OPEX budget
Drive best in class assessment throughout the organization
Deliver interview skills training to hiring managers
Drive Talent Acquisition improvement projects across EMEA.
Experience leading large recruitment teams in a fast moving, hands-on environment
Experience in managing and delivering recruitment results, ideally on an international / regional basis
Experience in working with multiple executive stakeholders with demonstrated ability to influence leaders
Experience in recruiting in organizations with rapid and complex change management
The ability to create world-class standards with recruitment processes and tools with a passion for talent development
Experience in supporting business recruitment in companies achieving substantial growth
An innovative thinking business and recruitment thought leader with strong analytical acumen
An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
Strong people management skills
University degree required, Masters or MBA preferred
Significant direct recruitment experience at a management and leadership level, with the potential to develop team members’ careers into key HR leadership roles
