Our Risk Management department is looking forward to welcome their new Privacy Manager in the Data Protection Team. This is an unique opportunity to work for an international company, with several challenges such as implementing new processes, training the internal staff on GDPR directives, manage client queries and data subject queries among other tasks.

We are seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to be the market leader by size and reputation.

As Privacy Manager, you will :

  • Keep Record of processing activities :
  • Assist Business and Central Services teams in documenting their processing of personal data in KPMG's Records of Processing Activities (RPA) and issuing related data protection notices.
  • Monitor appropriate maintenance of KPMG's RPA and notices by relevant teams.
  • Manage Client Requirements and Queries
  • Coordinate the implementation of client data privacy requirements with the engagement teams and monitor compliance where necessary;
  • Coordinate responses to client queries and questionnaires on data privacy topics.
  • Follow-up Data Subject Queries
  • Coordinate answer to queries or issues related to processing of their personal data and to the exercise of their rights.
  • Maintain the register of all data subject queries.
  • Manage trainings and raising awareness
  • Advise employees involved in data processing operations of their obligations relevant to applicable privacy laws, regulations and policies.
  • Implement appropriate data privacy awareness campaign.
  • Be responsible for Incident Response
  • Assist the local security team to respond to incident that involves personal data.
  • Maintain the register of all personal data breaches.
  • Ensure Compliance
  • Follow up with relevant teams implementation of improvement action items resulting from data privacy audit.
  • The perfect candidate : - University degree in Information Technology, Legal or equivalent- At least two years of experience in the field of data privacy- Knowledge in information security, data privacy and protection law- Fluency in English, French and / or German is a plus - Great knowledge of Risk Management processes - Ability to understand Business / functional processes and related data flow diagram- Excellent writing skills - Ability to understand technical aspects of IT infrastructure and data protection Interested?
