As a Trainee you will become acquainted with all relevant tasks and will receive all the training necessary for taking up a challenging position at FERNBACH.
During the 24-month trainee program you will work in different departments, business areas and projects. Thus you will obtain a deep insight into our products and the different departments and learn everything you need for your career at FERNBACH.
You will have the opportunity to work in projects where you will have the chance to take responsibility, demonstrate your skills and gain experience after a short time.
The combination of project work and training sessions allows you to broaden your knowledge and to further develop and improve your skills.
Your training will be organised in three steps : introduction, qualification and specialisation. In the specialisation phase, we will look together at the time you spent at FERNBACH and, after an assessment of your personal development, decide which challenging position in the company best suits your skills and interests.
After that, we will plan further measures to optimally prepare you for your new job.
As with all new employees, our Trainees will be accompanied by a mentor. A Mentor is an experienced member of staff who accompanies you during the first six months in the company and acts as a first point of contact for any queries.

The Trainee will work in different departments and units and reports to the relevant manager or project leader. At organisational level, the Trainee is assigned to the department Professional Service.
