Bring to the attention of the Director - Luxembourg Compliance Legal any legal or compliance related activities, issues or concerns relating to Company Group in Europe
Corporate filing : preparation of the documentation related to the boards, governance
Help in drafting and updating contracts
Assist in delivering legal and compliance trainings to the employees
In conjunction with the Marketing Communications team, validate all marketing materials
Coordinate the annual review of Compliance policies
Proven experience of Legal practice in a consulting firm, a Bank or an Asset-Manager
Knowledge of European regulatory requirements pertaining to the asset management industry
Business School degree or Law degree
Fluent in English
Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, team orientated environment and take proactive action to identify and bring forward proposals to solve problems
Client-centred focus and professional attitude. Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery, documentation, and reporting
Excellent communication and social skills - ability to communicate effectively at all levels
