We are offering 6 month Internships across the following Practice Groups :
You will have the opportunity to interact with other DLA Piper offices and experience our "One Team, No Borders" way of working, to improve and test your technical legal skills internationally.

This internship role is for a fixed term. It is not a Bar traineeship role.

Our Corporate team offers comprehensive legal services across the full spectrum of cross boarder and national transactions to multinational corporations, investment funds and domestic entrepreneurs.
Our involvement in numerous complex transactions has allowed our lawyers to develop extensive experience in all key areas of corporate law.
The successful Intern would be assisting our team of experts on national and cross border corporate transactions, including M&A and PE deals, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate / commercial work.
