Job purpose :

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following :
To ensure HR-related administration and communication matters are properly addressed.
On boarding and Off boarding procedures
Assists in staff files’ maintenance and updates staff data in the e-HR system.
Updates staff data in the e-HR system
In charge of staff leaves (annual, sick, special, business, etc.) record and control.
Assists Chinese expatriates’ related administrative procedures : work permit, visa application, family members’ relocation and education
Assists in the recruitment process.
Assists in other ad-hoc tasks upon needs and / or the Management’s request
Profile (Technical Skills) :
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines, or in financial field, social sciences
Work experience in Human Resources Management is considered as an asset
Very good command of English (both written and spoken) Chinese is mandatory. Knowledge of French is considered as a strong advantage
Proficient in MS Words / Excel
Profile (Soft Skills) : Team spirit.
Respect for the hierarchy and keen on the entrusted company's procedures
