A great opportunity has arisen within the team : in the objective of always delivering an outstanding quality of service to our clients and in the most efficient way that can be, we are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Your role will be to collaborate closely with a Senior Consultant in proactively and reactively sourcing candidates across all sectors in line with current requirements and trends. The Role :

  • Actively search for new candidates within Greenfield Core Businesses
  • Post and manage job description on the different job boards when needed
  • Support / Collaborate with a Senior Consultant by headhunting specific profiles depending on the criteria of the mandate
  • Participate in client meetings with the Senior Consultant to fully understand requirements of the mandate
  • Source candidates through direct approach, database, advertising, etc.
  • Follow up regularly with candidates to get an active portfolio of CV
  • Conduct phone screenings and video / face to face interviews
  • Prepare selection of candidates for the Senior Consultant to send to clients
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationship during the selection process and beyond
  • Update the candidates’ files in the database
  • Always work towards the candidate’s interest
  • Actively participate in job meetings
  • Be the ambassador of Greenfield
  • The Profile :

  • Organized and detailed focus
  • Curious and driven to always go the extra mile
  • Experience ideally from (but not limited to) : Recruitment, Finance, Corporate Governance, Hospitality, etc.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, any other European language will be considered as an asset
  • Work with ethics and values
