Pictet is seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Officer for the International Market unit of its Luxembourg-based Pictet Wealth Management Division.
You will be working on the International desk in Luxembourg and be the point of entry for operational requests from bankers or clients.
Assisting bankers in the day-to-day relationship with clients and serving as a point of contact for operational and administrative aspects for both clients and bankers.
Leading the end-to-end account-opening process, taking into consideration local regulatory specificities that dictate the documentation requirements.
Ensuring strict follow up of documentation (pending items, middle office and R&C lists) by contacting clients together with the bankers responsible for the ;
Managing documentation flows (archiving and processing physical and electronic forms).
Leading KYC information gathering where required and updating complementary documents in the systems when needed.
Processing workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricingexceptions, etc.
and ensuring that the relevant client documentation is entered in the systems (memos, orders, etc.).
Coordinating closely with the zone’s business risk manager to resolve any risk and compliance ;
Leading and organising the prioritisation and remediation of Key Risk Indicators within the team.
Adhering to all existing policies and directives and assisting with the implementation of new ones where needed.
Processing payments and investment orders while ensuring that call backs are systematically performed, and providing assistance with other transactional activity where ;
Building a close relationship with and understanding of the relevant internal stakeholders (MiddleOffice, R&C, etc.) and acting as their point of contact for the team.
Ensuring that telephone-call coverage is in place in the team.
Assisting with administrative tasks where required.
Certification in commerce / banking, or an equivalent qualification.
At least five years’ working experience as a CRO working in private banking.
Complete fluency in English and French required; proficiency in an additional language would be a plus.
Service orientated with experience and understanding of dealing with private clients and assisting relationship managers.
Understanding client documentation and the internal processes of a wealth ;
Familiarity with regulatory dimensions (cross-border, R&C, PEP, CARA, FATCA, CRS, etc).
Attention to detail.
Well organised and structured.
Able to work independently and ;
Reliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to multi-task.
