Product Manager Governance & Control - MUR123Greenfield is pleased to be working with an Investment Fund in the search of a new Product Manager on the Governance & Control aspects.
Within the Fund Product Management EMEA & Asia Pacific the product manager will be tasked with managing all operational aspects of the investment funds business outside of North America.
The department ensures that all structures remain compliant with applicable laws and guidance, and that Luxembourg investment funds operate to the high standards established within the Group.
The Luxembourg based Product Manager will be involved in the oversight of the outsourced activities and the creation, development and maintenance of the Governance framework of the new / existing investment fund structures.
This opportunity covers a wide range of responsibilities within one of the few teams within the organization that has a truly global reach.
This requires that the team operates in an entrepreneurial manner and the position holder would be encouraged to contribute fully to the strategic development of the function.
The Role : Contribute to the formulation and development of the Governance Structure of the Funds and related initiatives Establish and manage a robust oversight of this structure such as timely addition and execution of new products, regular reviews and timely implementation of remedial actions.
Be the subject matter expert to connect with diverse stakeholders located in different offices to deliver initiatives related to product governance, ensure appropriate monitoring and feedback loop as well as provide advice or guidance when needed Contribute and ensure that relevant communication and reporting is made to the Conducting Officers, the Executive Committee of the Management Company and the Boards.
Oversee the delegated activities relating to the company’s investment funds, participate to service review meetings, due diligences and on-
site visits. Manage information on products economics & health checks from a governance perspective : collation and dissemination of relevant information for the Board Members and relationship managers Providing analytical support, ensuring data and reporting continuity and creating executive level reports Apply technical, industry and regulatory knowledge to improve current processes and look for the continuous development and enhancement of the oversight functions and products.
