This role will look after non-tech intern and graduate hiring for the France and Luxembourg offices (and can be based in either).
In this role, you will be responsible for :
Hiring interns and graduates (attraction, selection processes, on-boarding)
Developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure graduate hiring needs are met for their groups
Liaising with Amazon recruiting teams to enable global reach of campus programs and leverage best practices
Managing and leveraging relationships with HR, Diversity, and other internal groups
Candidate attraction and selection - maintain and improve candidate management throughout process from on-campus events through to offer and closing process in order to attract and close the best candidates
University relations : development of relationships with specific university careers service centres and societies
Creating innovative plans to develop year round on-campus activities and events that facilitate brand awareness and opportunities
Managing relationships with the business to ensure diverse representation at all key campus events
Ensuring that all data relating to recruiting and candidate management is accurately maintained
Monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon
3+ years of recruiting or account management experience
Experience with recruitment tools and systems
Candidate on-boarding experience
Fluency in French and English
University degree
Campus recruitment experience
